Pagán, PhD -- A solid 4.75/5 book. : This is an excellent, well-written book that can serve as an useful primer for those of us who want to get a sense of the UFO/UAP problem. This is important, since no rational, unbiased person can deny the reality of this phenomenon. Once again, full dsclosure: I am a skeptic, but I am no debunker, and I am deeply curious about these things. Also, I am no one to deride and/or discounts the experiences of anyone. • 5.0 out of 5 stars from Cicero125 -- Rivetting stuff : The author brings a cool investigative journalist's scrutiny to the subject and nicely summarizes how we got to this point. I believe the fighter pilots and the thousands of other respectable people who have seen these things. The rational conclusion is that we are being observed and that we have no control over the actions of the observers. What their intent is, we don't know. Whereas, we all want full disclosure, we probably also want someone secretly working on trying to catchup with the technology of these objects. The author finishes the book with the UFO patent applications (three issued patents) of Salvatore Cezar Pais, that are backed by the U.S. Navy. I think this is palpable evidence that the government accepts these objects do exist and are trying to reverse engineering them. The applications relate to strong magnetic fields and have opposite spinning upper and lower disk portions etc. These are observed effects reported by witnesses. Our visitors appear uninterested in communicating with us on any kind of equal terms. In fact, they might be super advanced AI alien drones or machines, with nothing biological onboard, that might have travelled for 100s of years to get here. We might be reality TV for entities back at their home! If they are machines, then they would probably be programed to not interact, remain substantially covert, to observe and collect data and to transmit that data back home and to self protect. The conclusions in some ways are clear - multiple governments have spent the past 70 years lying and obfuscating this issue. Whatever their rationale, whatever their legal basis, this has has a truly detrimental affect on humanity, including from a national security standpoint. There was little conjecture and when the author didn't have the exact facts to back up an assertion or argument he plainly told his audience what he did have and why he put said information in the book. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants facts about the UAP/UFO topic, instead of the same old stories with their science fiction explanations! Yes, it has it's strange, quirky but unique Ross style of writing, a lot of it is possibly conjecture as second hand evidence, but for the whole recent UFO picture – Ross is rapidly becoming my researcher of choice to visit, now that Richard Dolan (seems to me) to have gone all ultra-conspiracy in recent years.
